In advance, i'll say this: He has the minimum display requirements, his display is 1366x768. The minimum is 1280x720 according to the site.
How can he solve this?

Could you tell me what GPU does your friend have (you could use GPU-Z and just make a screenshot of its output)?
I think there is either an issue with the drivers for your GPU (did he install them even?) or it does not support OpenGL at all (unlikely). We are getting ready a workaround for similar cases for chiru ep5, but currently I am not yet convinced that it will be the only solution for you.

Could you please also make a screenshot of CPU-Z: https://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html, because system info does cover the actual CPU model you have.
Also, does this PC have a disrete (AMD/NVIDIA) GPU at all (it is fine if it does not)?

While my requests regarding CPU-Z and discrete GPUs are still valid, here is the link to the driver you need to install:

If it fails, you should try to install the following driver:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/downlo ... duct=81517
After you install the driver and reboot please make another screenshot from GPU-Z and try to launch the game.
Depending on the result I will provide you with the following actions. Even if the release engine fails to launch or performs terribly, perhaps we could get something from the beta one.
Though I should warn you that with this hardware you should not expect 60 fps.

Well, the driver installation was a failure. I don't know exactly why, but a kind of error seems to happen over the installation.
This has struck his confidence. He's afraid to try again.
He thinks that the game won't launch no matter what now. Damn.
Is there no other way to make the game run? You said about the beta version, maybe this is worth trying in this situation.
