Camera shake increase

Good morning. It seems the camera shake increased violently from engine r2516 to r2531. I noticed this on the boat, but I am not sure if it affects other, smaller, shakes too. It might be worth looking into. In r2516, the camera in the boat scene (after the captain has slowed down) shakes at ~0.48 hz, while in r2531, it shakes at ~1.92 hz. An increase by a factor almost exactly 4, in other words. See the attached videos.
