Resolution problem

Hello, I have weird issue, bought myself new notebook, resolution of my screen is 2160 x 1440 and I use 150% size, is there any way for me to play the game on fullscreen without blackbars at the bottom?
This is 1080p with black bars

and this is on fullscreen (when I press "F" button)

I tried playing a bit with resolutions of my pc, but couldn't figure it out, I had no problems with black bars in any other games =(

2160 x 1440 is 3:2, and the game always runs in 16:9. There is no way to avoid the black bars.
